The Toviga™ 3-yearWarranty applies to certain components of the touchscreen and video game systems including:
1. Cabinets/Kiosks/Stands/Enclosures/Towers
2. Elo Touchscreen Monitor
3. Toviga Touchscreen Embedded Software
4. Video controller brackets (for XBox 360, XBox One, PS3, PS4, Wii U)

Toviga™ warrants these products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase by the customer. This Warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts, expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability and fitness.

Warranty only valid with presentation of invoice or sales contract.

The 3-year Warranty as stated above are only valid if the system(s):
1. has been delivered intact by the freight carrier (no claim at the time of delivery or within 60 days)
2. is set up exactly according to approved plans and installation instructions;
3. has been used only for the purposes for which they were intended;
4. has been maintained and inspected according to maintenance instructions;
5. has not been subject to vandalism, misuse, accident, neglect or acts of nature;
6. has not been modified, altered or repaired by anyone other than certified personnel

The 3-Year Warranty does not cover:
1. breakage of components due to aggressive play, misuse or abuse
2. cosmetic items including scratches, dents, marring, fading, discoloring, weathering, painting
3. play related accidents or normal wear and tear.

The manufacturer's 1-year limited warranty for the following components are automatically transferred to the customer at the time of purchase, and include:

1. Flat screenTV's for video games, including all cable connections.
2. Video game consoles (XBox 360, XBox One, PS3, PS4, Wii U).A
3. Video game motion sensors such as Kinect.
4. Headsets and related accessories that are used to play video games
5. Video game controllers or paddles and battery packs
6. Video game software (disks, downloads etc).
7. HP Computer for the touchscreen system
8. All Tablet Security Stands

It is highly receommended that customers register their products as soon as possible with the respective manufacturers in order to qualify for repairs ior replacements during the warranty period.

Toviga™ will make every attempt possible within its limited technical capabilities to assist with general troubleshooting, however, Toviga staff is not trained or authorized to repair video game equipment.

For any items which are covered by this Warranty, Toviga™ shall arrange (after basic troubleshooting) the shipment of the replacement part free of charge within 10 days of verification of the issue. Toviga™ shall not be responsible for any labor costs associated with such replacement. The Warranty on the replacement part(s) shall be for the balance of the original warranty period.

If it is determined that the problem, issue or defect was the result of customer misuse or abuse, then Toviga™ shall have the right to collect a refund for the cost of such replacements from the customer

This Warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purposes. Further, no representation, oral or written, or any Toviga™ representative may be substituted for the afordescribed exclusive limited warranty. To the extent permitted by law, Toviga™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages which are expressly excluded from this sale.

To make a claim under the terms of the Warranty, the buyer’s written statement of claim, along with a copy of the original invoice, maintenance records, and supporting photographs, must be sent to Toviga:

The warranty for export sales is the same as for the USA except that in such cases where there is a local supplier of components under warranty.
